J. Anthony Equipment Co. was a critical partner in the Hunts Point #3 project, providing furnishing and installing SIP Forms and Nelson Shear Connectors for both existing and newly installed structural steel. This project demanded precision and scale to ensure the long-term integrity of the roadway.

The scope of work included expert installation of 107,000 Nelson shear connectors (studs) across a massive 190,000 square feet of bridge decking. Our team successfully navigated the complexities of working on both existing and new steel structures, ensuring a uniform, reliable bond throughout the entire span. This large-scale effort highlights our capacity to execute high-volume stud welding with the speed, accuracy, and reliability that major infrastructure projects demand.
